Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues. The initial room was cramped and lacked proper heating, and the second room we were moved to was dirty and poorly maintained. The service from the staff was lacking, and it felt like they didn’t care about our comfort. While I appreciate the pricing being on the lower end, the experience did not justify it, as I left feeling distressed and unsatisfied.
